Together we will view your apartment, and set an approximate per night price at which it can be rented. After consulting you on the available dates you would like the apartment rented, APARTMENT MANAGERS can rent your apartment on a weekly basis whilst you are not using it yourself (dates are changeable). At the end of each month, the rent collected, minus a management rental fee, will be promptly transferred into your account and you will receive a detailed overview of the turnover.
