How does it work?
Very simple! Together we will view your apartment, and set an approximate per night price at which it can be rented. After consulting you on the available dates you would like the apartment rented, APARTMENT MANAGERS can rent your apartment on a weekly basis whilst you are not using it yourself (dates are changeable).
At the end of each month, the rent collected, minus a management rental fee, will be promptly transferred into your account and you will receive a detailed overview of the turnover.

All apartments we manage are listed on our website www.apartmentmanagers.at together with descriptions in three languages, photos and calendars showing bookings and availability. Last year over 20 000 people visited our website, and these numbers are ever increasing.
To obtain our guests we have direct contact with a number of tourist offices where our details are listed, we work together with various travel agencies all over the world and we regularly advertise in various international/local newspapers and other websites. This way we can ensure you a maximum coverage of your property and realise a maximum rental return for you.
