On a generous 120 m² the apartment offers space for up to 6 guests and combines alpine charm with modern comfort. Three cosy bedrooms with double beds, two high-quality bathrooms and a private sauna create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing holiday days in the mountains.
The heart of the apartment is the open living and dining area with a traditional tiled stove – ideal for cosy evenings after a day on the slopes or in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, whilst the balcony and garden offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
A special highlight is the in-house sauna available for free use, which provides you with pure relaxation after an active day in the mountains. Additionally, you have access to a barbecue, two complimentary parking spaces directly at the house, and a practical storage shed for skis, bicycles or other equipment.
Particularly charming is the peaceful location with a genuine village feel:
The small village bakery and village shop in the village centre are conveniently within about 10 minutes' walk.

The Auhäusl is ideally located between several popular ski areas:

• Fleckalmbahn Kirchberg – 4.3 km
• Astbergbahn Going – 8 km
