    Und das Bankerl im Vorhaus fehlt!

    Es ist ein tolles Haus mit intakter netter Küche, praktische Bäder, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gemütlich! Sehr sauber. Alles in allem ist es ein tolles Haus und wir würden sicher gerne wieder kommen, wenn man weiß, daß die Hausordnung nur zur Absicherung vorhanden ist!

    4)Wenn man ankommt fühlt man sich nicht willkommen, wenn man die Hausordnung liest.
    Das wäre aber gar nicht notwendig, weil die Kommunikation mit Fraser ist hervorragend und das Haus ist supernett, es wird nur ständig darauf hingewiesen, daß wenn man das und das nicht macht, dann passiert das!
    Kann ja sein, daß es notwendig ist für viele Menschen.
    5)Anfänglich war es kühl im Haus, in der Hausordnung stand aber, daß man ja nichts verstellen darf bei der Heizung, man hätte es aber sonst nicht warm machen können. Wenn ich ein Haus Miete möchte ich es auch untertags warm haben bzw. kann es ja sein, daß ich auch zuhause bleibe, dann möchte ich nicht, daß sich die Temperatur absenkt. Das sollte dem Gast überlassen sein, wie er es möchte.
    6)Schade, daß die Sofas ausgetauscht wurden, aber das ist wohl Geschmacksache
    7)Eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine könnte man noch in der Küche platzieren!
    8)Gut wäre hinter dem Sofa die Möglichkeit von Stromverteiler oder Verlängerungskabel für Handyladetätigkeit, nachdem heutzutage jeder am Handy ist.
    9)Man könnte es dem Gast erleichtern, wenn er nicht nach Kirchberg fahren muß um sich die Schlüssel und die Hausordnung abzuholen. Schlüsselsafe!!!
